These articles are also a website: Help on the Mailocity and Zappocity homepages, at /kb on every host name the server answers on.

/kb is the list of articles (this knowledge base's index).
/kb/<article> is one article, such as /kb/dns-setup; links between articles keep working, and headings can be linked to (/kb/faq#...).
/kb/search?q=words finds the articles that have every word, titles first; the box at the top of each page searches.
/kb/faq is the FAQ.

Give it a host name of its own, such as kb.mailo.city, under the Mailocity panel's Settings → Host names and HTTPS → Help (knowledge base) (corpsuite settings set kbHost=kb.mailo.city): its root then shows the list, and /kb on other hosts goes there. Point the name's DNS at the server first; see Host names.

The pages are built from the articles in the server itself (the same files as docs/kb in the source), so a new version brings its help with it. Nothing on them is personal, and they need no sign-in.
